Welcome to Grahams Estate. By accessing our website, booking a venue space, or communicating with our team, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of this website and any transactions or event-related agreements made through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the Grahams Estate website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not access or use our website or services.

2. Event Bookings & Deposits

All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your selected date. Deposits and payment schedules will be outlined in your rental or service agreement. Final balances are typically due 60 days prior to your event unless otherwise stated in your contract. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your reserved date and cancellation of your agreement.

3. Use of Property & Liability

Clients and guests are expected to treat the property, grounds, and facilities of Grahams Estate with care and respect. Any damage to property or equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow venue policies may result in additional fees or withheld deposits. Grahams Estate assumes no liability for loss, theft, or injury sustained by clients, vendors, or guests while on the premises. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate event and vendor insurance coverage.

4. Outside Vendors & Alcohol Policy

Outside vendors are welcome with prior approval, provided they meet venue requirements and provide proof of day-of insurance. All vendors must comply with local regulations and property rules. If alcohol is served, it must be handled by a certified and licensed bartender with a valid ABC permit. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with state and local alcohol laws.

5. Photography, Media, & Promotion

By hosting an event at Grahams Estate, you grant permission for non-identifiable photos or videos of the property and setup to be used for marketing or promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing. Personal photos or videos taken by our staff will never be shared publicly without your consent.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, photos, graphics, and logos—is the property of Grahams Estate and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content from this site without prior written permission. You may use our website only for lawful purposes. Misuse, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to breach website security are strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will follow the specific terms outlined in your event agreement. If an event must be postponed due to severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, Grahams Estate will make every reasonable effort to reschedule based on availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Grahams Estate, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or opportunities resulting from delays, cancellations, or technical issues.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grahams Estate, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of the property or website.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or policy changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Tennessee courts.
