His role centers on what the estate stands for: authentic Southern hospitality, thoughtful design, and a setting that lets each couple’s personality shine. Cody champions investments that preserve the land, enhance photo-ready spaces, and keep every improvement aligned with the estate’s character.

When he’s not planning the next enhancement to the grounds, Cody is likely out by the pastures with Thor the horse and Daisy, the sassiest cow in Tennessee—proof that a little fresh air inspires the welcome guests feel the moment they arrive.
