  • Do you allow outside vendors?
    Yes—everyone is welcome. We’re vendor-friendly and happy to collaborate with your preferred pros. For everyone’s protection, we require day-of insurance for each vendor. Vendor Insurance Required
  • What is your capacity?
    Grahams Estate can accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated reception.
  • Can we bring our own drinks?
    Yes. You may provide your own alcohol. A day-of insurance policy is required, and whoever is serving must hold a current ABC license. ABC Server Required
  • When is the final balance due?
    Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your event date.
  • What’s required to reserve our date?
    A non-refundable 25% deposit of your collection price secures your date. We also offer payment plans for the remaining balance.
  • Do you host events other than weddings?
    Yes. We host a variety of private events in addition to weddings—reach out with your date and guest count for options and availability.
  • Are your services in-house?
    We provide on-site coordination and work with a curated network for catering, florals, music, beauty, and more. You’re welcome to bring your own vendors too—just ensure they carry day-of insurance and any required licenses. Ask for our current preferred vendor list.
  • How far in advance should we book?
    Popular weekends—especially in the fall—book quickly. If you have a specific date, plan to reserve 9–12+ months in advance. Weekdays and flexible dates can often be secured sooner.
  • Is rideshare (Uber/Lyft) available?
    Yes—rideshare commonly serves our area. We’re about 30 minutes from downtown Gallatin; availability can vary late at night, so many couples also arrange shuttles for guests.
  • When do rehearsals take place?
    We’ll schedule rehearsal details during your planning process based on package and date, and ensure your wedding party has everything they need.
  • What if it rains on our wedding day?
    We always prepare a weather backup. Grahams Estate offers beautiful indoor and covered options. Our team monitors the forecast and coordinates any timeline or location adjustments to keep your day running smoothly.
  • Can we schedule a tour?
    Absolutely—private tours are available throughout the week. Contact us to check date availability and we’ll find a time that works for you.
