The Celebration Package

A polished, party-ready reception package for couples who want the essentials handled and the atmosphere set. With same-day estate access from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, romantic lighting, and a complete table-and-chair setup, you’ll arrive to a space that feels curated—so you can focus on the moments, not the moving parts. This package starts at $5,000, with optional add-ons available upon request.

The Classic Package

An all-day celebration with time to breathe. The Classic Package gives you property access from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM so getting ready, portraits, ceremony, and reception unfold on a relaxed timeline. Signature lighting and elegant drapery set the tone, while complete furnishings and on-site suites keep the day effortless from first look to last dance.

Our most complete experience—extra time on the property, signature photo moments, and guest comforts layered in. With 11:00 AM–11:00 PM access, elegant ceremony styling, curated amenities, and on-site suites, the day flows smoothly from getting ready to a glowing send-off.

Grahambassador Requirement

All hourly and à la carte rentals require one (1) Grahambassador per 75 guests.
Each Grahambassador is billed at $25/hour with a 3-hour minimum, and this service is mandatory.

  • Friday & Saturday: 6-hour minimum
  • Sunday–Thursday: 3-hour minimum
  • Time beyond 6 hours is billed in 1-hour increments

Note: A one-time cleaning fee applies for the Bridal Chateau and the Groom’s Suite.
